1 fresh, just ripened banana, cut up

1/4 of a ripe pineapple, chopped

1/3 of a nice, firm cucumber

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut water

1 tbsp hearts of hemp

Juice squeezed from half of a fresh lemon

1/2 tsp fresh turmeric root

1/2 tsp fresh, ground ginger

It’s easy to blend!
