Or, perhaps you need to think of a change of employment. Try to decide what you would like to do, and begin working towards that goal.

6. Find new ways to participate!
Ask your boss what you can do to help out! You never know what ideas your boss might have, but doesn’t have the time to incorporate them herself! Ask how you can help! If nothing else, this shows that you’re interested and motivated in helping out!
7. Start planning lunch dates to get your mind away from your job for awhile.
Lunch can be with co-workers, friends or family. Planning lunch dates gets you away from your desk, breaks up your day and gives you something to look forward to. The break in the day itself is a significant stress and boredom reliever!
