Do you enjoy doing yoga workouts at home but don’t want to spend the money on joining an online workout program? Yes, there are tons of free workout videos on Youtube, but I have found the search to be tedious ─ sometimes the videos are incomplete and the sites are not frequently updated with new content. Plus, for me, I love having access to new, at-home Yoga routines! I do yoga on breaks, before bed and especially enjoy doing it in my yard! Therefore, I decided to look into finding the very best and free, online Yoga workouts!
I’ve discovered lots of sites ─ I tried several sessions on each, rated the instructors’ knowledge and checked video quality for each site. Some are private sites and others use Youtube as their platform. The ones on this list require little to no equipment, are taught by highly rated Yoga instructors and offer free, full-length video workouts! Plus, they are updated frequently! During my search, I surprisingly found too many reputable Yoga sites that I liked to list in one blog, so I am going to break this list down into several parts ─ hence the part one!
Update~ To note, listings 1 through 10 are not in any particular order! I had so many sites to try out and I was writing this as I did so! Please don’t forget to check out the Best & Free Online Yoga Workouts, 6-10, in Part Two! All of these free Yoga workout sites are truly awesome!
